Flip Over Gymnastics

2.5-3 Years Old

This class is 30 minutes and designed to introduce gross and fine motor skills, social interaction and class structure.

In class, children will focus on going upside down; forward and backward, climbing and jumping and beginner introduction to walking on a beam and using bars. 

3-5 Years Old

This is a 45 minute gymnastics class. Children begin each class with a musical warm-up and end the class with stamps and/or stickers.

In this class, children will focus on going upside down, forward, backward and sideways along with colors, shapes, letters, climbing and jumping. We will also concentrate on learning how to follow patterns, listening to directions and staying in line.

School Age

School Age students meet each week for a 45-minute gymnastics class that begins with a structured warm-up and ends with a cool down. Our school age program is for ages K-5th grade. This program is geared towards tumbling with a basic introduction to other gymnastics events: beam, bars, and vault along with physical fitness, agility, and speed.

In Class-Room Technology Enrichment: is a complete early learning preschool curriculum focuses on important basics in the four main curriculum subjects of Reading, Math, World Around Us (beginning science and social studies), as well as Art & Colors, establishing a foundation of knowledge for young children that they can build upon with confidence and success.

Available in our technology center within our preschool and pre-k classrooms, our teachers use to supplement their classroom curriculum allowing each child to play and advance at their own pace.  Teachers also have the option to use to engage all the children with educational activities and games that can be done with the class as a whole using a digital projector.
